SHIPPING POLICY

Once an order is placed, it will be delivered within 7–9 working days, excluding weekends and public holidays.

For bulk orders (10 pieces or more), orders must be placed 15–20 days in advance.

Urgent orders may be accepted based on availability, and additional charges may apply.

Orders are shipped via DTDC and Blue Dart. A tracking ID will be shared after dispatch for easy tracking and complete transparency.
Return & Exchange Policy

As all products are made to order and handcrafted, cancellations or refunds are not possible once production has begun.

Exchanges are accepted only if the product is damaged during transit.

To be eligible for an exchange, an unboxing video is mandatory, clearly showing the package being opened and the damaged/broken product visible during the unboxing process.

Requests without a valid unboxing video will not be considered.
